Ingredients
  1. Cauliflower ½ kg remove flowers
    Flour 3 tbsp
    Corn flour 3 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp leveled
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    Chili sauce 3 tbsp
    Ketchup ½ cup
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Honey 2 tbsp
    Green chilies 4 slit length wise
    Garlic crushed 1 tsp heaped
    Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Method
  • Mix flour, corn flour and salt, add ¼ cup water to make batter so that it coats the cauliflower, cut cauliflower into small florets, dip each piece in the batter and deep fry into a golden brown color on medium heat. Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add crushed garlic, green chilies, fry for 1 minute, add ketchup, vinegar, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, crushed red pepper and honey, mix well and add fried cauliflower, coriander leaves, mix well and serve hot.
