Heat ½ cup oil in a wok and add 3-4 cloves of garlic. Fry until golden brown in color.
Add 2 beaten eggs and cook until set.
Add 1 cup button mushrooms,3-4 black mushrooms,1 chopped capsicum,1 chopped carrot,1 cup boiled peas and 2 chopped green onions. Mix well and add the boiled rice.
Add salt as required, 1tsp crushed black pepper, 1/2tsp black pepper powder, 1tsp Chinese sat, 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2tbsp oyster sauce.
Toss well to mix and serve hot
