Ingredients
  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Chocolate 1/2 cup
  4. Butter 1/4 cup
  5. Eggs 4
Method
  • Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
  • In meanwhile, beat sugar and eggs nicely in other bowl.
  • Now add maida and put chocolate & butter mixture gradually gradually.
  • Then mix it nicely.
  • Then grease ramekin bowl with oil and put chocolate mixture.
  • Then bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C fro 8-10 minutes.
  • Then take out from oven and serve hot with ice cream.
