  1. Minced meat250 grams
    Bengal gram split1 cup
    Ginger 1tbsp
    Tara garam masala2tsp
    Red chili powder1tsp
    Crushed red chili½ tsp
     Whole cumin ½ tsp
    Whole black peppercorns4-5
    Green coriander¼ cup
    Snall sized onion1
    Green chilies2-3
    Mint2 tbsp
    Oildeep fry
    Assembling ingredients
    Mini bun4
    Coco chutney1 cup
    1. Heat oil in a pan, fry 250 grams Minced meat.
      Add 1 cup Bengal gram, 1 tbsp ginger ,2tsp tara garam masala,1tsp red chili powder ,1/2 tsp crushed red chili,1/2 tsp whole cumin and 4-5 whole black peppercorns and allow to cook on low flame.
      When lentil and minced meat start to tender then chopped in food processor.
      Mix   ¼ cup of green coriander, 1 small sized onion,2-3 green chilies ,2tbsp mint in a bowl.
      Add the prepared mixture in minced meat and then make small patties.
      Now fry the patties in pan.
      Put chutney on buns and place the patties in middle of buns.
      Then garnish with slice of cucumber, tomato and keep other part of bun over it.
