Beat eggs in a bowl, add 150 gm sugar and mix well.
Then add in 50 gm cocoa powder, 20 gm baking powder, few drops of vanilla essence, 125 gm flour and 2 tbsp coffee.
Beat well till smooth batter is formed. Now pour in a greased and lined baking pan, bake on 180 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes.
Now remove from oven, keep aside to cool.
In a wok heat 1 cup fresh cream, add 1 tbsp coffee and 3 tbsp icing sugar. Cook till saue is smooth
cut brownies into squares and top with prepared sauce.
