کریم کسٹرڈ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. چینی پسی ہوئی کھانے کے پانچ چمچے
  2. دودھ ڈیڑھ پیالی
  3. انڈے دو عدد
  4. انڈے کی زردی ایک عدد
  5. لیموں ایک عدد
  6. کریم ایک کپ
  7. ونیلا ایسنس دو قطرے
  8. گریس پروف کاغذ ایک عدد
METHOD
  • کسٹرڈ کے برتن یا سانچے میں کھانے کے دو چمچے چینی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر رکھئے۔ چینی پگھل کر براؤن ہو جائے تو اتار لیجئے اور برتن کپڑے سے پکڑ کر ہلائیے تاکہ چینی برتن یا سانچے کے سارے پیندے میں یکساں طور پر لگ جائے۔دودھ میں انڈے پھینٹ لیجئے۔ پھر زردی ڈال کر پھینٹ لیجئے۔ چینی اور ایسنس ڈال کر اتنا پھینٹئے کہ جھاگ ہی جھاگ بن جائے۔ یہ سارا آمیزہ کسٹرڈ کے برتن یا سانچے میں ڈال لیجئے۔ ایک کھلے منہ کی پتیلی لیجئے۔ اس میں آٹے کی چھلنی الٹ کر رکھیے اور اس پر کسٹرڈ کا برتن یا سانچہ رکھ دیجئے۔ اس پتیلی میں اتنا پانی ڈالیے کہ کسٹرڈ کا برتن یا سانچہ آدھا پانی کے اندر اور آدھا باہر ہو۔ اس پانی میں لیموں کا رس شامل کر دیجئے برتن یا سانچہ گریس پروف کا غذ سے ڈھک دیجئے اور پھر پتیلی کا ڈھکنا بند کر کے آدھے گھنٹے تک پکائیے۔ آدھے گھنٹے بعد کسٹرڈ میں سلائی یا تنکا ڈال کر دیکھئے۔ صاف نکل آئے تو کسٹرڈ تیار ہے۔ ورنہ مزید پکائیے۔ پک جائے تو اتار لیجئے۔ اور ٹھنڈا کر کے شوق فرمائیے۔
