  2. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  3. Carrot chopped 2 tbsp
  4. Spring Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  5. Potato boiled & mashed 1/2 cup
  6. Vegetable stock 2 cup
  7. Cream 1/4 cup
  8. Salt as required
  9. White pepper 1 tsp
  10. Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  11. Thyme 1/4 tsp
  12. Oregano 1/4 tsp
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Pan main makhan garam kr ky lehsun soty kr lyn.
  • 2- Phir gajar daal kr 1 minute paka lyn.
  • 3- Ab kuchly aaloo aur tamaam ajzaa shaamil kr ky 2 sy 3 minute pakain.
  • 4- aakhir main hari piyaaz aur Cream daal kr serve kryn.
