Cook 1 liter milk in a pan till it comes to a boil, add 1 cup boiled rice and cook till thickens.
Now add 1 cup sugar and cook well.
Then add 1 cup khoya, 100 gm chopped almonds, 1 tsp kewra and ½ tsp cardamom powder.
Lastly add 1 cup cream and dish it out. Garnish with silver foil and serve.
