Ingredients
  1. Daal mash soaked 1 cup
    Mince ½ kg
    Onion 1 sliced
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Oil ½ cup
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Green chilies 2 to 3 chopped
    Tomatoes 2 chopperized
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 to 3
Method
  • Heat oil add brown onion, add ginger garlic paste with mince and fry when brown add salt, turmeric, chili powder, 2 chopperized tomatoes, bhunno well, when oil comes on top add soaked daal, add 1 cup of water for daal to get tender, lastly add green chilies, coriander leaves, allspice, put on dum, serve with roti.
