Slice 1 chicken breast into two half and knead until it is flat. Mix it with ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 mixed egg and leave it for half an hour.
Mix 2 tbsp corn flour and 1 tbsp rice flour and coat chicken with it. In a pan, heat oil and fry chicken.
Apply mayonnaise on a bun and place chicken on it.
Put salad leaves over it and again a piece of chicken and cover it with the other bun on top. Double Crunchy Burger is ready.
