Ingredients
  1. 1 liter Fresh milk
    1 cup Sugar
    6 Green cardamom
    10 Boiled and chopped almond
    15 Boiled and chopped pistachio
    1 tsp Sugar.
    1 tsp Gram lentils
    4 tbsp Rice
    for Caramel
    2 tbsp Water
    4 tbsp Sugar..
Method
  • Grind together 6 green cardamoms and 1 tsp sugar.In pan put
    together ground green cardamoms and 1 liter milk. Cook till thickens.Now grind
    finely 4 tbsp soaked rice add to the boiling milk. Also add in 1 cup sugar and
    mix well.Cook well till mixture thickens, remove from fire, pour in an
    earthenware dish and leave it till firm.Spread boiled almond and pistachios on
    top.Cook together 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water to make caramel sauce. Pour on
    top of feerni.
