Fruit Chaat is a dish that is made of various kinds of fruits like apples, pears, oranges, white grapes, red grapes, pomegranate seeds, mango, and bananas. Fruit Chaat gets its juicy and spicy flavor from juice of squeezed lemons and oranges, chaat masala, chili powder, salt, and sugar. Fruit Chaat is amazingly delicious and healthy. It can be consumed as a dessert, an appetizer, or a snack. Fruit Chaat is also a compulsory item for Iftar during Ramadan. Preparing fruit chaat takes minimum time. Try from our dedicated recipe! INGREDIENTS

Apples 2

Pear 2

Oranges 2

Pomegranate seeds 3/4 cup

White grapes seedless 1 cup

Red grapes seedless 1 cup

Mango 1 big

Bananas 3

Salt 2 tsp

Sugar 1/4 cup

Chilli powder 3/4 level

Chat masala 2 tsp

Juice of 2 lemons

Juice of 2 oranges

METHOD

Cut apples and pears in medium chunks.

Peel oranges and cut each segments into half ,cut grapes into as well.

Peel mango and cut in small cubes peel bananas into small pieces.

Put all fruits in a large bowl, sprinkle salt, sugar, chilli powder, chat masala.

Pour lemon and orange juice and mix well.

Serve chill.

Juice of two mango oranges can make such a lovely taste of Fruit chaat that is why I always add Oranges for making fruit chaat. Every fruits are good for health.
