Ingredients
  1. Bananas (cut in rounds) 2
  2. Potatoes (boiled, diced) 1 cup
  3. Casaba melons (diced) 2 cups
  4. Cantaloupe (diced) 2 cups
  5. Papaya (diced) 1 cup
  6. Grapes ½ cup
  7. Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  8. Lemon 2
  9. Mint leaves ¼ cup (chopped)
  10. Dried mango powder 1 tsp
  11. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  12. Sugar 1 tbsp
  13. Salt ½ tsp
Method
  • • Mix potatoes, bananas, grapes, melons and papaya in a large bowl and refrigerate.
  • • In a separate bowl mix tamarind pulp, dried mango powder, salt, chaat masala, sugar and lemon juice and keep aside.
  • • Mix tamarind mixture in the fruits.
  • • Serve delicious fruit salad garnished with mint leaves.
