  3. Cream 1 packet
  4. Milk 1 cup
  5. Sugar 300 gm
  6. Whole dried milk 250 gm
  7. Mix Dry fruits 1 cup
  8. Orange peel 2 tbsp
  9. Clarified butter 3/4 cup
  10. Sterling silver leaves 2
  11. Green cardamom 6
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Kadukash gajar main cream aur doodh daal kar pakny dyn.
  • 2- Jab gajar gal jayen aur doodh khushk hojaye in main cheeni shaamil kr ky pakain.
  • 3- Sath hi ghee garam kar ky choti ilaichi karkara lyn aur gajar shamil kr dyn.
  • 4- Is ky baad halway main musalsal chamcha chalaty rahyn.
  • 5- Jab wo bhunny lagy to adha khoya aur keeno ka chilka daal kar mazeed bhoon lyn.
  • 6- Akhir main isy dish main nkaal kar khoya aur mix dry fruit sy garnish kr lyn.
  • 7- Saath hi chandi ky warq laga dyn, or phir serve kryn garam garam.
