Ingredients
  1. 4 ounce butter
    3 ounce golden syrup
    3 ounce brown sugar
    6 ounce tinned oats
    2 ounce desiccated coconut
    A pinch of salt
    ½ tsp cinnamon powder
    2-3 tbsp nuts (walnuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes)
Method
  • Grease and line 8by8 pan and preheat oven to 180c.
    Melt butter, golden syrup and sugar together on low flame in a sauce pan.
    Stir in all the rest ingredients.
    Pack tightly in pan, flatten with a heavy spoon.
    Bake till it gets golden for 18 to 20 mins.
    Cut with knife, let it cool.
