Ingredients
  1. Beef mince ½ kg
    Bread slices 2
    Beaten egg 3
    Coriander seeds               1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
    Black peppercorn 1 tsp
    Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
    Chopped green chilies 3
    Chopped mint leave 1 bunch
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Cream 2 tbsp
    Chopped tomatoes 2
    Oil as required
Method
  • Take ½ kg mince and 2 bread slices in the chopper and chop them. Now take 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp white cumin and 1 tsp black peppercorn together and crush them. Crush 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds. Fry 3 eggs in the frying pan and cut them into pieces. Add in coriander, cumin seeds, black pepper, fried eggs, pomegranate seeds, salt, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 3 chopped  green chilies, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1bunch chopped mint leaves, chopped onion and 2 tbsp cream. Mix everything well together and keep it for some time. Heat the grill pan and make kababs and grill them. Serve hot.
