Ingredients
  1. 4 1-lb bass fillets (dressed and skinned)
  2. Maitre D’ Hotel Sauce-
  3. 1 garlic clove (smashed)
  4. ½ cup butter (melted)
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  7. ¼ teaspoon pepper
  8. fresh parsley (for garnish)
Method
  • 1.Combine melted butter, garlic clove, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make the sauce. (In the picture I just fluffed the butter with a fork and mixed the ingredients in before melting it).
  • 2. Brush your salmon fillets on both sides with the sauce.
  • 3. Put fillets on the grill and cook until done (when the fillets flake easily). Garnish with minced fresh parsley.
