Ingredients
  1. 2 fully ripened avocados
  2. ½-1 small onion
  3. juice of ½ lemon
  4. 1 green chili
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. ½-1 medium tomatoes
  7. Salt to taste
Method
  • Remove the pulp of avocado in a bowl and mash it coarsely
  • Squeeze juice of ½ lemon in a small grinder/blender and blend green chili and garlic in it and add it to mashed avocados.
  • Cut tomato and onion in small cubes
  • Add salt to mashed avocado and then add the onion and tomato and mix.
  • If desired you can add green coriander,jalapeno and spring onion in it
  • Serve as a dip with crackers or corn chips
