Ingredients
  1. 300 gm Chicken boneless
  2. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  3. 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  4. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  5. 1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
  6. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  7. to taste Salt
  8. Ingredients for spaghetti
  9. 1/2 packet Spaghetti
  10. 1 tbsp Olive oil.
  11. Ingredients for salad
  12. 1 Finely slices tomato
  13. 1 Finely sliced cucumber
  14. 1/2 cup Sliced cabbage
  15. Ingredients for dressing
  16. 1 Finely sliced green chili
  17. 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
  18. 2 tbsp Lemon juice.
  19. 2 tbsp Oil (Olive)
  20. 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Method
  • In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams chicken, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil and salt to taste and mix well. Put aside for some time.
  • Add some olive oil to a frying pan and fry chicken from both sides until it is well cooked. Cut into slices when chicken comes to a lower temperature. In a cooking pot, add spaghetti and olive oil with water and boil for 10 minutes. Keep boiled spaghetti in cold water until its temperature is brought down.
  • Then brush with olive oil and keep aside. In a mixing bowl, add a finely sliced green chili, 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, salt to taste and mix well. Dressing is ready. Now in a mixing bowl, add spaghetti and finely sliced chicken with dressing and mix and serve.
