Ingredients
  1. 2 soft avocados
  2. ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 lime
  4. 1 tsp paprika power
  5. 2 tsp salt
Method
  • Role avocoda on counter top to soften before peeling.
  • Remove skin and with a fork mash the avocado. Add onions, squeezed lime juice, paprika powder, salt and mix. Note: if preparing in advance leave pit of avocado in dish to prevent the guacamole from discolouring into a brown shade.
  • Ready to serve as a side dish.
