Ingredients
  1. • Milk 1 litre
  2. • Yogurt 1-1/2 kg
  3. • Sugar 200 g
  4. • Honey 200 ml
  5. • Vanilla essence 2 tbsp
  6. • Corn flour 4 tbsp
Method
  • Add milk in a pan, also add sugar in it.
  • Cook them till sugar dissolves and a boil comes.
  • Now dissolve corn flour in some water.
  • Add dissolved cornflour in milk.
  • Cook them till the mixture thickens.
  • Then take off the pot and let the milk cool down.
  • Put yogurt in muslin cloth piece.
  • Let the water drain away from the yogurt.
  • Add vanilla essence in yogurt and mix them.
  • Then add this yogurt mixture in milk.
  • Blend them all well.
  • Put the milk and yogurt mixture in freezer for 4 hours.
  • Take the mixture out and beat it well.
  • Then replace the mixture in freezer for 4-6 hours.
  • Now take it out and beat it well again.
  • Add honey in the mixture and beat them well.
  • Place the mixture in freezer for 6-8 hours.
