Ingredients

  3. Wings with skin 1/2 kg
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  7. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  8. Flour 3/4 cup
  9. Eggs 2
  10. Oil for frying
  12. For making Sauce:
  14. Oil 2 tbsp
  15. Honey 2 tbsp
  16. Sriracha sauce 1/2 cup
  17. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  18. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  19. Spring onion for garnishing
  20. White seasame seeds for garnishing
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Chicken wings par merination ky tamam ajzaa laga kar 3 sy 4 ghanty ky lye chor dyn.
  • 2- Phir unhain itni dair fry kryn k woh crispy hojayn.
  • 3- Sauce ky lye pan garam kr ky sriracha sauce, soya sauce, lemon juice aur Honey mila kar itni dair pakain k wo garha hojaye
  • 4- Phir is main fry wings daal kr toss kryn aur dish main nkaal lyn.
  • 5- Akhir main hari piyaz aur safaid til sy garnish kr ky serve kryn.
