Ingredients
  1. 8 ounces of Chicken
  2. 1 tbsp. of Onion (chopped)
  3. 1 tbsp. of Red Pepper (chopped)
  4. 1 tbsp. of Parsley (chopped)
  5. 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  6. 4 tbsp. of Mayonnaise
  7. 1 tbsp. Mustard
Method
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • To Serve Cold: Place in refrigerator to cool.
  • To Serve Hot: Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
