Preparing yummy and healthy food is the dream of every mother. Now you can surprise your children with the delicious HUMMUS SALAD. Prepare it at home without any issue and give your feedback about the results. Hide

INGREDIENTS

470 g (15 oz) can chick-peas, drained

60 ml (2 fl oz/ ¼ cup) virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)

2 doves garlic

juice of 1 lemon

salt and pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

olives and coriander leaves, to garnish

TO SERVE:

carrot sticks or baby carrots celery sticks

radishes

METHOD

Put chick-peas in a blender or food processor with 3 tablespoons of oil, tahini, garlic and lemon juice. Work until smooth, then season.
Spoon into a serving bowl or 4 individual dishes. Drizzle remaining oil over and dust with paprika.
Garnish and serve with the raw fresh vegetables.
