Ingredients
  1. Beef 250 gm
  2. Cooking Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger (finely chopped) ½ inch
  4. Garlic 3 Cloves
  5. Shredded Scallion 2 stalk
  6. For Marinate:
  7. Corn Starch 1 tsp
  8. Soya Sauce 1 tsp
  9. Water 1 tbsp
  10. For Sauce:
  11. Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
  12. Sweet Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  13. Dark Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp
  14. White/ Black Pepper Powder 3 pinch
  15. Sesame Oil 1/8 tsp
  16. Salt and Sugar to taste
Method
  • Marinate the beef slices with the seasonings for 30 minutes.
  • Heat up a wok with 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until they are half-done.
  • Dish out and set aside.
  • Heat up another 1 tablespoon of oil and saute the garlic and ginger until aromatic. Add the beef back into the wok and then the sauce.
  • Continue to stir-fry until the beef slices are almost done, then add the scallion green part into the wok.
  • Do a few quick stirs, add salt and sugar to taste, dish out and garnish with the shredded white scallions.
  • Serve hot.
