  3. Split bengal gram 250 gm
  4. Split red lentil 250 gm
  5. Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  6. Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. Green chillies 6
  9. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  10. Curry leaves 15
  11. Oil 1/2 cup
  12. Onion 1 cup
  13. Cloves 6
  14. Green cardamom 6
  15. Cinnamon piece 1
  16. Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  17. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  18. Tomatoes chopperised 3
  19. Bay leaf 1
  20. Roasted n crushed cumin 1 tsp
  21. Bottle gourd 250 gm
  22. Ingredients to temper:
  23. Button red chillies 6
  24. Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  25. Oil 1/4 cup
  26. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  27. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  28. Cumin seeds 1
  29. All spices 1/2 tsp
  30. Coriander leaves for garnish
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Daalon main q chai ka chamcha namak, haldi, hari mirch, hara dhaniya aur curry patty daal kr ubaal lyn.
  • 2- Phir inhain blend kr lyn.
  • 3- Ab pan main oil garam kr ky piyaaz ko garam masalay, hari mirchain, pisi laal mirch, namak aur adrak lehsun ky saath fry kr lyn.
  • 4- Is ky baad is main gosht shaamil kr ky tamataron ky saath fry kr lyn.
  • 5- Ab is main 2 cup paani daal kr dhakain aur gosht galny tak pakain.
  • 6- Phir is main lauki, imli ka gooda aur baqi bchy curry patty daal kr pakain.
  • 7- Akhir main bighaar dy kr hary dhaniye sy garnish kr ky serve kryn,
  • 8- Bighaar ky liye aik pan main tamam ajzaa daal kar fry kryn.
