Ingredients
  1. Strawberries               6-8
    Strawberry ice cream 1 scoop
    Lemon juice                ½ cup
    Sugar syrup                 1 tbsp
    Soft drink   1 cup
Method
  • Blend 6-8 strawberries, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp sugar syrup, 1 cup soft drink and 1 scoop of ice cream in the blender.
    Pour the drink in the serving glass and add a scoop of remaining ice cream from the top and serve it.
