Ingredients
  1. 1 packet Pineapple jelly
    1 packet Cream
    1/2 liter Vanilla ice cream
    1 cup Pineapple pieces
    1 tbsp heaped Gelatin
Method
  • Dissolve 1
    packet pineapple jelly and 1 tbsp gelatin in 1cup of boiling water, cool and
    leave to set partially,  chopped 1 cup
    pineapple into tiny pieces add to the jelly, also mixed in the 1/2 liter whipped
    ice cream, mix all well, pour in a glass bowl, chill till set, decorate with
    fresh cream, cherries and pineapple cubes.
