Ice Cream Souffle recipe by Shireen Anwar. This delightful Desserts recipe of Ice Cream Souffle can be ready in approximately 35 Minutes and good to serve around 2-3 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Pineapple jelly
1 packet Cream
1/2 liter Vanilla ice cream
1 cup Pineapple pieces
1 tbsp heaped Gelatin

METHOD

Dissolve 1
packet pineapple jelly and 1 tbsp gelatin in 1cup of boiling water, cool and
leave to set partially,  chopped 1 cup
pineapple into tiny pieces add to the jelly, also mixed in the 1/2 liter whipped
ice cream, mix all well, pour in a glass bowl, chill till set, decorate with
fresh cream, cherries and pineapple cubes.
