Ingredients

  2. Rice 2 cups
  3. Shrimps 1 cup
  4. Oil 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Green chilli Paste 2 tsp
  7. Onion paste 1 cup
  8. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  9. Fenugreek 1 tsp
  10. Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  11. Whole coriander 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt as required
  13. All spices powder 1 tsp
  14. Red whole chillies 8-10
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Pan main Oil garam kar ky methi daana daal kar fry kryn.
  • 2- Phir adrak lehsun ka paste aur hari mirch ka paste daal kr achi trhan bhoon lyn.
  • 3- Ab jheengy, piyaaz ka paste, Dahi aur tamam masalay daal kr 2 sy 4 minute tak bhoonyn.
  • 4- Is ky baad paani main shaamil kr ky ubaal aany dyn.
  • 5- Phir chawal daal kr dam par chor dyn.
