  1. Oil 1 tbsp
  2. Cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  3. Mutton with bone 250 gm
  4. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  5. Cinnamon stick 2 inch piece
  6. Black peppercorns 5-6
  7. Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  8. Cloves 3-4
  9. Black cardamoms 2-3
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
  12. Garlic 1 full head
  13. Saffron a pinch
  14. Yogurt 3/4 cup
  15. Coriander to garnish
Method
  • 1- Oil garam kr ky Zeera aur mutton taiz aanch par 4 sy 5 minute fry kryn.
  • 2- phir piyaaz shaamil kr ky fry krlyn.
  • 3- Is ky baad malmal ky kapry main daar cheeni, kaali mirchyn, sonf, loung aur kaali ilaaichi daal kr potli bnain or pan main daal dyn.
  • 4- Ab is main namak, sonth, lehsun aur saffron ky sth 4 cup paani shamil kr ky mutton ko pressure cooker main paka lyn.
  • 5- phir soup ko thora thanda kr ky lehsun ka tamam gooda nichor lyn, saath hi potli ka saraa paani nkaal dyn.
  • 6- phir mutton k tukry nkaal kr aik taraf rkh dyn.
  • 7- is ky baad dahi ko phent kr pan main shaamil kr ky ubaal lyn.
  • 8- phir dubara mutton k tukry daal kr 4 sy 5 minute pakain.
  • 9- aakhir main hary dhaniye sy garnish kr ky serve kryn .
