Ingredients
  1. Ingredients:
    Milk        5 cups
    Tapioca 3 tbsp
    Bottle gourd                         2 cups grated
    Sugar      ½ cup
    Custard powder            1 tbsp
    Rose essence                   ½ tsp
    Green color     few drops
    Almond and pistachios    as required (sliced)
Method
  • Heat milk add soaked tapioca and cook for 10 minutes
    Add grated bottle gourd and  cook for 10 minutes till tender
    Add sugar and dissolve custard powder
    Cook till  the mixture thickens
    Lastly add food  color, essence, sliced almonds and pistachios and remove the stove
    Serve chilled
