Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1 onion,1/2 tsp cinnamon powder,2 pieces of cinnamon,1/2 tsp nutmeg powder,1 tsp black pepper powder,1 tsp red chili powder,2 bay leaf and 4-6 cups of water .
Now add 1 kg beef or mutton in prepared mixture and allow cooking.
When meat tenders then shredded the meat and separate the stock.
Boil water in other pan, half cook the rice and strain.
Place the layer of 2 eggplants, then the layer of 2 tomatoes and then ½ kg of cauliflower in a wok.
Now pour the stock of meat with pinch of salt.
Then place layer of boiled rice and meat.
In last add 4 tbsp of ghee, 2 tbsp of almonds and 2 tbsp of pine nuts.
Simmer it for 10-12 min and dish out.
