Ingredients
  1.   Chicken liver  1/2 kg
      Black pepper  1/2  tsp
     Onion 1 no.
      Garlic paste  2 tbsp
     Whole spice as required
      Cumin powder     1/2 tsp
    Chili powder  1 tsp
     Chili flacks 1 tsp
     Coriander powder  1 tsp
     Turmeric powder    1/2 tsp
     Chat masala 1/2 tsp
     Ginger (Julianne)   1 inch
     Tomato   1 no.
    Yogurt   1/2 cup
    Salt  To taste
     Oil  5 tbsp
    Fresh coriander    for garnish
Method
  • Heat oil in a pot then put whole spices and onion slices
    cook till onion are golden know put liver with 1 tbsp
    garlic paste mix it then put chili powder n flacks, salt,
    turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala &
    remaining garlic paste stir it then put tomato slices and
    cover it for 5 mints or until oil comes up then put yogurt
    and stir again at the end put cumin and black pepper powder
    know cover it for 2 mints put fresh coriander for garnish
    Liver masala is ready to eat..
