Ingredients
  1. Frozen mixed vegetables 2 cups
    Cauliflower 1 small made into small florets
    Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
    Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
    Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
    Tiny macaroni boiled 1 cup
    Salt ½ tsp
    Ingredients for herbed white sauce
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Flour 3 tbsp heaped
    Milk 2 cups
    Water ½ cup
    Salt ¾ tsp
    Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
    Mixed herbs 1 tsp
    Mushrooms 4 sliced
Method
  • In a sauce pan add  Butter 2 tbsp, Flour 3 tbsp heaped, Milk 2 cups, Water ½ cup, Salt ¾ tsp, Crushed black pepper ½ tsp, Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp, Mixed herbs 1 tsp, Mushrooms 4 sliced and cook till thick. Add ½ cup cheese to white sauce mix well add in all the vegetables, 1 cup boiled macaroni. In your white sauce add mixed vegetables, mushrooms, cauliflower boiled, macaroni, capsicum, mix all well, transfer mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with remaining half cup cheese, bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes till light golden.
