Ingredients
  1. 2 cups (150 grams) of Elbow Noodles (egg-free)
  2. 1 stalk of Celery (chopped)
  3. ½ Cucumber (chopped)
  4. 1 tsp. (1 gram) of Dry Parsley
  5. ¼ tsp. (1 gram) of Onion Powder
  6. ½ tsp. (2 grams) of Celery Seeds
  7. Salt (to taste)
  8. Black Peppers (to taste)
  9. 1/3 cup (80 grams) of Light Canola Mayonnaise
Method
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool, and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the celery and cucumber. Add the mayonnaise and other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
