Ingredients
  1. 1/2cup Rice
    3 Egg yolks
    1 cup Mango chopped
    3 cups Milk
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1/2 cup Fresh cream
    1 tsp Vanilla essence
    2 tbsp Almonds and pistachio sliced
Method
  • Soak ½ cup rice for 1 hour, crushed rice with your hands,
    cook 3 cups milk till boiling, add rice and coo till rice are tender, now add ½
    cup sugar, cook for 10 minutes, remove, cool slightly, add 3 egg yolks, ½ cup fresh
    cream, 1 cup mango cubes and 2 tbsp almonds and pistachio, mix all well, grease
    oven proof dish with butter and sprinkle with 2 tbsp granulated sugar, pour the
    mixture and bake over water bath on 180 degree C for 45 minutes, remove and
    serve warm or cold.
