Four butter in pan and dissolve sugar in it then add dates, mix well and make paste. Then remove from heat and add beaten egg. Ix and add biscuits, and flour flour mix all well and make a dough.
Spread coconut on the greased baking tray, tray this dough tray, spread this dough lengthwise in a thick roll shape and bake at 180oC till ready. Now pour coconut on a foil and wrap this roll in the foil and keep in freezer for at least 1 hour. Cut into slices and then serve
