Masala Fried Broast recipe by Shireen Anwar. This delightful Main Course recipe of Masala Fried Broast can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 1-2 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

1 Chicken with skin (cut into 8 pieces)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Egg
2 tbsp Milk
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Self raising flour
1 tsp heaped Chat Masala

METHOD

Marinate chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and lemon 2 tbsp juice for 15 minutes.
Mix 1 egg with 2 tbsp milk to make batter.
Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg milk mixture
Mix together ½ cup flour, ½ cup self raising flour and 1 tsp chat Masala. Roll chicken pieces well in flour mixture twice
Deep fry chicken for 20 minutes on medium flame till light golden and crisp. Remove and sprinkle with additional chat Masala.
Serve with Broast chutney, French fries and bread roll.
