Ingredients
  1. 2 tbsp Oil
    1 Onion
    1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    250 gm Mince
    3/4 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Red chili powder
    1/4 tsp Turmeric
    1 tbsp Flour
    1/2 tsp All spice powder
    2 Green chili
    1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
    1/2 tsp Chat Masala
Method
  • Heat the 2 tbsp oil and fry the 1 chopped onions till turn into light brown. Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 250 gm mince and fry it well.
    Now add 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp flour, a cup of water and keep it in low flame till mince is cooked and water is dry. After that add 1/2 tsp all spice, 1/4 tsp chat Masala, 2 chopped green chilies,
    1/2 bunch chopped coriander and mix it well and keep it aside to cool.
    Roll the cross in rectangular shape and spread the egg in the corners, place the mince mixture and fold it one more time, cut it. Bake the mince patties in ungreased tray for 35 to 40 minutes in 250 c in oven.
