Peel, de-seed and cut gourd. Boil in salted water.
Heat oil in a pot and fry onions and ginger/garlic paste.
Add mince and fry till water dries.
When mince is cooked, add red chillies, hot spices, cumin, coriander, turmeric, mango powder and salt, and fry till it gives off aroma.
Add gourd, lemon juice and green chillies and fry till oil separates.
Serve garnished with coriander.
