Ingredients
  1. • Minced beef 1/2 Kg
  2. • Bitter gourd 1/2 Kg
  3. • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. • Hot spices powder 1 tsp
  5. • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. • Coriander powder tsp
  7. • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. • Tomatoes 4 (finely cut)
  9. • Ginger/garlic paste 2 tbsp
  10. • Onions 2 (finely cut)
  11. • Mango powder 1/2 tsp
  12. • Green chillies 4 (finely cut)
  13. • Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch
  14. • Lemon 1
  15. • Salt to taste
  16. • Oil as required
Method
  • Peel, de-seed and cut gourd. Boil in salted water.
  • Heat oil in a pot and fry onions and ginger/garlic paste.
  • Add mince and fry till water dries.
  • When mince is cooked, add red chillies, hot spices, cumin, coriander, turmeric, mango powder and salt, and fry till it gives off aroma.
  • Add gourd, lemon juice and green chillies and fry till oil separates.
  • Serve garnished with coriander.
