ربڑی ایک کلو (Rabri 1 kg)
پستے پچیس گرام (Pistachios 25 gm)
بادام پچیس گرام (Almonds 25 gm)
چینی دو کپ (Sugar 2 cup)
الائچی دو عدد (کھول کر دانے نکال لیں) (Cardamom 2)

Method

آم، کیلے، چیکو، چینی اور الائچی کو دُودھ میں ڈال کر پیس (grind) لیں۔
اس طرح ان سب کا مکس (mix) شیک تیار کرلیں اور دُودھ کو ہلکی آنچ (low heat) پر اُبال (boiled) آنے تک رکھ دیں۔
اُبال (boiled) آنے پر ربڑی شامل کریں اور دُودھ کو ہلکی آنچ (low heat) پر گاڑھا (thick) ہونے کے لیے چھوڑ دیں۔
گاڑھا (thick) ہونے پر دُودھ ایک سیدھے سانچے میں ڈال کر فریز (freeze) کر دیں۔
جم جانے پر نکالیں اور اوپر سے پستے بادام ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
مزے دار آئس کریم تیار ہے۔
