Mix the mince meat with 1egg, 2tbsp flour, 2tbsp bread crumbs, 1tsp black pepper,1/2tspsalt and 1 chopped onion. Shape into kebabs
Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs until brown
In a separate pan add1 crushed red pepper, 2tbsp brown sugar, ½ cup red vinegar, ½ cup tomato ketchup. Simmer and cook for a minute or two
Place lettuce leaves on the bun bottoms, place the kebabs and top with the prepared sauce. Cover with bun tops and serve with your favorite sides.
