Boil 125 gm rice with a little water and mash with a spoon.
In a wok heat ½ liter of milk, add in 25 gm almond, 25 gm pistachio, boiled mashed rice and 125 gm sugar.
Cook till thickens. Add 125 gm khoya, a pinch of cinnamon powder and 1 small packet of saffron. Stir continuously till thickens.
Lastly crush 2 laddu and add to the kheer mixture.
Dish it out and serve.
