Ingredients
  1. 2 nectarines, stones removed
  2. 2 tbsp raspberries, blueberries or blackberries
  3. 2 plums, stones removed
  4. 400ml (14 fl oz) natural yoghurt
  5. 2 tbsp oats
  6. Juice of ½ lemon
  7. 1 tbsp honey
  8. 10 ice cubes (optional)
Method
  • Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor, adding more honey or lemon juice if you prefer a sweeter or sharper flavour respectively.
