  2. Cheese 400 gm
  3. Kashmiri Red chilli 6
  4. Chopped onion 2
  5. Chopped garlic 2 tsp
  6. Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  7. Boiled tomato 4
  8. Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Bay leaves 4
  11. Coal 1
  12. Coriander as required
  13. Salt 1/2 tsp
  14. Oil 1/2 cup
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Pehly paneer ko cubes main kaat kar garam oil main fry krlyn.
  • 2- Baaqi oil main piyaaz ko halka sotey kryn.
  • 3- Phir lehsun aur tamatar kaat kr daalyn aur 2 minute paka kar blend kr lyn.
  • 4- Ab paste bana kar oil main curry patty aur zeera daal dyn.
  • 5- Phir tamatar or piyaaz shaamil kryn.
  • 6- Is ky baad haldi, kashmiri laal mirch, imli ka ras, aur namak mila kr bhoon lyn.
  • 7- Ab paneer ky tukry daalyn.
  • 8- Ooper sy hara dhaniya shaamil kr ky koylay ka dhuwan dyn.
