Mix together 1/2 kg Flour, 1/2 cup Ghee, 1/2 cup Yogurt, 1 tbsp Yeast, 1/2 tsp Salt and knead to medium soft dough with lukewarm milk as required.
For filling, in a bowl mix together 200 gm cheese, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and keep aside. Now heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add filling mixture and cook for 1 minute. Make two tortillas of dough, put filling mixture on one tortilla, top with second and seal well. Make marks on it using fingers. Bake in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Lastly spread butter and serve hot.
