پاپڑ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. چاول کا آٹا ۔۔ 500 گرام
  2. کھانے کا سوڈا ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  3. ساگودانہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
  4. پھٹکری ۔۔ دس گرام
  5. پانی ۔۔ 750 گرام
  6. نمک ۔۔ حسب ذوق
  7. تیل ۔۔ فرائی کے لئے
METHOD
  • پھٹکری، ساگودانہ اور نمک کو پانی میں ڈال کر پکائیں۔ جب پانی خشک ہوجائے تو اس میں چاول کا آٹا اور نمک شامل کریں۔ اب ہاتھوں پر تیل لگا کر گوندھ لیں اور پتلے بیلن کی مدد سے بیل لیں۔ آخر میں اچھی طرح خشک کر کے گرم تیل میں فرائی کریں۔ گرم گرم پاپر کھانے کے لئے پیش کریں۔
