Ingredients
  1. penne pasta, boiled   2 cups
    butter 1 tbsp
    oil1 tbsp
    garlic, crushed2 cloves
    dill, finely chopped3-4 tbsp
    cream ½ cup
    white sauce2 cups
    mushrooms, sliced4-6
    white pepper ½ tsp
    salt½ tsp
    oregano½ tsp
    crushed red chilies½ tsp
    nutmeg powder¼ tsp
    cheese            3 tbsp
Method
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter and oil and add 2 cloves garlic and sauté,
    Add in 2 cups white sauce, ½ cup cream,4-6 sliced mushrooms, 3-4 tbsp dill, ½ tsp salt and½ tsp white pepper, ½ tspcrushed red chilies, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp nutmeg and 3 tbsp cheese.
    Mix well and fold in the penne.
    Serve immediately.
