Ingredients
  1. 2 cups of Cabbage (Phool Gobhi) (thinly shredded)
  2. 2 cups of Carrots (shredded)
  3. 1 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) (chopped)
  4. ½ cup of Roasted Peanuts (Moum Phali) (crushed)
  5. ½ cup Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped)
  6. ½ tsp. Sugar
  7. Salt (to taste)
  8. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arkh) (to taste)
  9. ¼ cup of Peanut Oil (Moum Phali Tail)
Method
  • Combine and mix together well the cabbage, carrots, green chilli, peanuts, cilantro, sugar and peanut oil. Before serving, add salt and lemon juice to taste.
