Ingredients
  1. 2 packets Pineapple jelly
    1 cup Water
    1/2 cup Yogurt
    1/2 tin Condensed milk
    1 packet Tetra pack cream
    1 1/2 tsp Coconut essence
    3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
    1 cup Pineapple finely chopped
Method
  • Dissolve 2 packets jelly in 1 cup water, choppzrize 1 cup pineapple, add in 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 tin condensed milk, also add dissolved jelly, 1 packet cream, 1/2 tsp essence, 3 tbsp desiccated coconut, blend all well for 1 minutes, remove in a serving bowl, chill till firm. Decorate with fresh cream.
